Your lab results, in plain words.

Upload a report or forward the lab's email. Tildeon reads it, explains every value in everyday language, shows what changed since last time and plans your next tests.

Nothing urgent? We'll say so.

Clear words, calm colours: good news celebrated, and if something needs attention, we've got your back with clear next steps. Check your results, then get on with your day.

How it works

Taking a photo of a paper laboratory report with a phone
Step 1

Add a report

Take a photo, pick a PDF, or forward the email from your lab to your private Tildeon address. You check the values before they're saved.

Step 2

Understand it

Every value in everyday words: what it checks, whether it's in range, and what changed since last time. Switch to medical terms whenever you like.

Step 3

Stay on track

A simple testing plan with reminders and preparation tips, so your next results are comparable with the last ones.

Your body, at a glance

Results are grouped by the part of the body they tell you about. Each ring fills with the share of that area's results in a healthy range, so you see in a second what's calm and what to work on next. Healthy ranges follow your sex and age.

For him

Next up: heart, blood and vitamin D.

For her

Next up: thyroid, liver, blood sugar and iron.

Two rings, one look

The outer ring is where you are now: every test you've done, using its most recent result. The inner ring is what your last report changed compared with the time before. Tap the rings in the app and they explain themselves.

What the signs mean

The same few signs on every screen, so you learn them once.

Range bar and trend

Results grouped into Got better, Work on next and Steady, each with a range bar and a trend arrow

The light green part of the bar is the healthy range. The hollow dot is your previous result, the solid dot your latest: green when it moved the healthy way. The arrow and small number show where it was last time. A red dot marks results from your latest report you haven't opened yet.

Looking good

Keep an eye on

Keep an eye on: results a little off or outside the range

A half circle means a little off, an empty circle means outside the range. No alarm colours.

Good news, gently

Tildeon tells you when something improves, when a report is ready and how to prepare for the next test. If nothing needs attention, it says so.

  • Celebrates results that move the healthy way
  • Shows the change since last time, in plain numbers
  • Reminds you how to prepare before a test
  • You choose which notifications you get

Notifications arrive with the first App Store release. Example messages.

Healthy ranges from US standards

Labs print different ranges. Tildeon compares your values with US adult reference ranges from MedlinePlus (U.S. National Library of Medicine, NIH), re-checked every year, so a result means the same thing whichever lab you use.
